Hi, my name is Zach and I am a freshworks software administrator for a large electrical distribution company here in the US.

I am responsible for administering and developing our instances of Freshservice, Freshchat, Feshdesk, and Freshrelease. We use this software here on our internal help desk. We support fellow employees for over 700 different locations across the country. My job is to make sure our customer support software is customized to our company’s needs and is intuitive for our Agents. I just love the Freshworks SaaS products!!

My hobbies include running or working out at the gym, playing guitar, watching movies, and spending time with my family. We love to go to the beach
